bad.bad. recently blue skies, which is shrouded by the smoky haze, is a rare scene..’thanks’ 2 our lovely neighbour  —–indonesia.

every year’s july-august, forest fire will surely occur… and the stupid indonesia environment minister can only say ‘ i am sorry’ this time. Can’t he do anything better other than that???since he knows(everyone knows) every year around this season, the irresponsible & selfish rats will burn the forest 4 plantation..or someone carelessly discarded a cigarettes..*watever*

consequently, the visibility is decreased 2 as low as 1km..the pungent smell of burning vegetation filled the air..poisoned lungs. living at one of the claimed ‘unhealthy’ area, i’m feeling very uncomfortable..dizzy..hard 2 breathe… even inside the house, i can smell the smoky air.

arghh….many people are sick already. we can’t do anything now(besides complaining & blaming our neighbour..)

  • drink more water
  • eat 1 or 2 oranges daily. lemon juice is equally good.
  • do not go jogging or outdoor activities
  • wear a mask

so, those who r not sick yet(and those who r already sick..)   take carezz!!! =)

cheese = fat ??

when people hear the word ‘cheese’, the word ‘fat’ comes in their mind..

well, other than fat..cheese actually has its nutritional value.  Cheese is a great source of calcium- for strong bones and teeth, ward off osteoporosis, reducing the risk of colon cancer, and reducing the symptoms of PMS. Research also reveal that Cheddar & mozzarella may help preventing food decay..

yes. cheese can b a healthy part of our diet..only if it’s balanced with physical activities.

hehe..at least now i dun feel much guilt for eating cheese tartssss & cheese cakessss this few days… = P
