i’m now at UPM taking bachelor science in human development.
“human development? Oh..HR izzit?”
NO. but it does has a close relation w HR. Human development is the course studying the development of human. understand?=_=” haha..yea, it’s a very very broad subject. we study from pre-natal to senescence, biologically, sociologically n psychologically. i think it should be made compulsory, coz it’s practically about our daily life.
well, i’ve survived through 1 sem!! results are yet to be released. whatever it is, i’ll accept it n continue striving in the coming sems. after all, this is juz the beginning. exactly, beginning!!which means more to come..n hopefully i can maintain the freshness.
finally, the title says it all. i’ve juz done the final thing for this sem. the Latihan Praktik report!!! fyi, LP is a 1 week camp w mostly hypnotizing speeches n crazy outdoor activities. n it’s time to go home!!! yipee~
i know i’m gonna miss the life here. happy holidays to all upm students!!!

quiet=with little or no sound
silent=making no or little sound
silence or quiet ain’t a good sign after all.
if a restaurant is quiet, i bet u won’t go in n hav a meal. especially in chinese restaurant, for tradition dictates that crockery n cutlery must be clanked n clunked as loudly as possible.customers holler for the waiters n waiters shout to the kitchen hands n also to the cashier..becoz a quiet ambience says that the business is bad.
same goes to human when the quietness is applied into them. being quiet seems like a taboo.quiet links to death, depressions, worries, boredom, loneliness..let’s c, when some1 is angry, he/she will juz keep QUIET n show his/her ‘black’ face..n that’s y most of the ppl r afraid of quiet.
i think it doesn’t matter if some1 is a quiet person. being quiet is juz O.K…
wat matters more is that some1 is unable to think, judge, analyse n voice out their opinion..afraid of mistakes n criticism..not able to share out their thoughts n feelings with ppl around them..(let it be joy, sorrow,dissatisfaction or worries).. which eventually, lead to quietness.
y we have to share??simply because sharing is 1 of the biggest joy u’ll have. and.. no1 to share with??hmmmm~u hav your dolls, teddy bear, dog, parents, maid, driver, teacher, classmate, fren, comrades, boss, blogs……

anyway, the scene of the actual day was a blast.the crowd was so huge!!5000 audience + 12000performers..n kudos to SGM P50 ppl!!!*cool* may all of u keep up that spirit n continue striving in respective daily life…
unfortunately,can’t watch the last part of it becoz…it was cut!!!!!

back 2 dat day, the universal language is —-MERDEKA!!n GEMILANG!!the incident of namewee’s youtube seems doesn’t exist..n every1 was so united..how nice if everyday was merdeka.=)

2day was indeed a tiring day!!went 4 6th form orientation.basically, there’s only 3 parts for the whole day.shows-lunch-games.performances were juz OK.lunch was pathetic.the games r ccrrraazziiieeeee~n kinda stupid, except 1 dat i personally thought that it was ‘playable’—>the obstacle thingy.coz it’s challenging, work as a team..n most importantly..no stupid punishments!!*phew* my thighs n shin r aching now…=( blame dat 20mins-squating-up n down-without rest game.anyway, had fun though~=P n my team got 4th!!!*kudos*thank u my team mates(aron,’easy’,eugene,bert,suitying,shuwen, weelyam, angela,lilyin). the first 5 ppl stayed till de end!!hmm..guess i din left out any1’s name here..but i could hav spelled the name wrongly..=/*sowie*
later went 2 FYSB..reach there edi kss session..played ‘wheelbarrow’.*ooouch* my back waist was so strained..not my arm mind u. SC’s announced several events dat’s coming up..*cool!!*also, found out that Project 50 is opening 4 us 2 register!!i wanna join!!

chiang, boy genius(a professor at the age of 21), passed away few days ago due 2 sickness. Sickness? they din mention exactly wat sickness that had caused him 2 death. juz knew that he had depression not long after obtaining phD in California, then came back 2 m’sia n was admitted into hospital.
pityful. only lived for 31 years. however, the length of life does not matter. wat matters more is the quality of one’s life.
chiang had contributed his entire life in researching physics particularly….n the parent muz have also played an important role throughout the process.
parent have crucial role in the mental,physical,emotional n spiritual development of a child. simply feeding the child with wat the parent think is correct will have 2 outcomes.either the child will become successful n thank his/her parents during one of his/her speech,interviews.. or chiang’s case….
understanding is wat most of the children need 2day.i juz dislike seeing parents not educating their kids properly(mostly seen in low income family..)or worse still manipulating them. if the parent were to spend some time to discuss the matter with a child, running away from homes with boyfriend, commiting suicide because of unsatisfying results,playing truant, gangsterism…will not cover pages n pages of the newspaper.
nowadays,there are many talks n seminars being held 4 children taking UPSR,PMR,SPM,STPM…but wat about parent??? they seriously need some lectures…
haze is back,but not as bad as last year..yet.
fyi, this annual ‘event’ has been occuring 4 the past 10 years!!!!*sigh* feel so helpless…i hate this kind of feeling..when u know something is wrong yet can’t do anything 2 correct it. until we r immune 2 it edi..thinking dat it’ll b ‘ok’ someday..
hmm..i wonder will there b Haze Holiday???as we know, there’s summer holiday, y not haze holiday??need not 3 months long..1 or 2 weeks should b enough.ahah..but, i dun yearn 4 that kind of holiday la…no way.

problem 1: simple.y 10 years of haze?
hypothesis : malaysia could hav some kind of ‘relationsip’ with indonesia. the news din report much about malaysia government’s view on 10 years haze. imagine, if it’s singapore who did dat..(burn forest n stuff)it also mentioned dat..much have been reported about malaysia only, by CNN.wat about other country..like singapore,thailand,brunei…
problem 2: wat can the nation do??
solution : i’m sure none of us did not complain about the haze. wat the next step? sit there n wait 4 the wind direction 2 change?? malaysian is ’soft’ (including me la k..) as in…something like lazy. we shall fight 4 our rights..2 take back our blue skies. perhaps, mogok in front of dtr merdeka.like wat the taiwanese did.. dissatisfaction over ah bian. dun care whether this way is successful or not..wat matters is if we dun try ..it’ll b definately no chance of success. so, nations have their own part 2 do. go mogok??try n c…
last fri, we,6th formers were so honoured 2 hav a visit 2 UPM..(honoured??because..in de history of chs F6, we were the 1st batch 2 hav this kind of trip!!!)
anyway, the whole tour only took about 3 hrs++.we couldn’t manage 2 visit the whole campus..coz it’s so damn big.(fyi, it’s de biggest university…in malaysia. incidentally, inside the campus is connected 2 a highway.)
when we visited the library,i suddenly felt dat..it’s not easy 2 survive in a university..(despite, more n more ppl r entering university.u know, it looks so easy.however,the efforts they had put..we may not have seen it.) life can b easy.ehh..nope.i shall rephrase it.life is never easy. it’s all depends on how we view it.how we face it.n how we transform the problems into challenges, which in the end..will shape us into a better person.again, not easy.but with perseverance, certainly it’s achievable.
oh well, back 2 UPM.we went 2 the faculty of biotechnology too. apparently, the students in the labs deals with enzymes,viruses,micro-organismes,bottles of chemicals,n some ‘canggih’ machines.ermm..dun really like dat place.then, we also tour around the veterinary faculty(only UPM has..),halls,colleges n Serdang Hospital(newly build.unfortunately, =( we could juz visit de lobby..)overall, nice trip!!

yesterday was MPO organ day.it was really cool 2 c the klais pipe organ.(the biggest musical instrument in malaysia..) i’ve went there several times 4 concerts, but had never seen the pipe organ(as in the whole thing..especially the console..)
the most amazing part is the performance of Mr Majeika n the Magic Organ. Bob Chilcott was telling a story..n Dr Marc played the sound effects 4 the story..with the klais pipe organ. Amazing!!! the sounds..n the lightenings. feel it in the picture..
